Terms, Shipping and Returns

PRE ODER

All pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and will ship according to the timeframe specified in each product description. Please note: Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way—from production completion at our factory, through its journey to the U.S., until it’s processed and ready to ship. You’ll receive automatic notifications, so no need to check in! If timelines shift unexpectedly, we’ll proactively notify you.

CANCELLATIONS

All pre-orders and in-stock orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, minus Shopify processing fee and provided they have not yet shipped. To cancel, email hello@kaoxkin.com with "[Your Order Number] / Cancel Order" in the subject line. 

SHIPPING

In-stock orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Custom-tailored pieces require an additional 1-2 weeks for final adjustments.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Track your package using the provided tracking number. Note: Delivery delays or issues must be resolved directly with USPS using your tracking details. If USPS cannot resolve the problem, write to us at hello@kaoxkin.com for assistance.

RETURN

We accept returns of regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or for a store credit. If a refund is selected, a $20 USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, a gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned items in USD and will not expire. 

Exchanges are subject to availability and evaluated case-by-case. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before checkout.

Important: All shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached. Custom-tailored pieces and sale items are considered final sale.

We reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by us. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. In case of defect or incorrect products, we will offer to amend the situation by one of following: return the product and receive a corresponding product, or keep the product and ask for a relative reduction. 

Please note that defect or incorrect product is not defined by sizing. The colors of items may vary slightly from the product image or in different lighting.
